• Accompanied by ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.
• ORIGINAL DIAMOND CERTIFICATES and other Certificates if any, (Provided by us at the time of purchase)
• Pre-Approval of Exchange by our Sales Representative.
• Labour Charges, Taxes, Shipping Fees and Amounts other than Diamond & Metal (net weight of metal) Costs will be directly deduct from the entire bill amount (or Bill Value Of Item which you want to Exchange).
• New Product Value Should NOT Exceed Old Product Value you are exchanging with. If it exceeds, the customer has to pay the difference.
• We are currently offering 80% buyback/exchange value of prevailing rates.
