RETURN
We Will Accept Jewellery purchased from our website for return or exchange in India under the following conditions
- Within 15 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.
- Returned in original packaging And With Bill.
- Returned in sellable condition with no visible scratches, wear, damage, or alteration. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way !
- Items shipped with "NOT RETURNABLE IF REMOVED" tag, must have the unaltered tag in place.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on loose/solitaire Diamonds.
Shipping charge of Rs.500 will be borne by the customer for all jewellery under this policy.
(Other T. & C. might apply, please understand all the conditions correctly with our representative before initiating a return/exchange).
TO INITIATE A RETURN
Please contact support@velvetbox.in to initiate the process. Upon approval, an email with return instructions will be sent. A refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. All products purchased through affiliates are subject to a 15-day return policy. You will be required to send the item(s) to VELVET BOX Customer Service and include your name, contact information and detailed instructions as to what you’d like to exchange and/or return and original printed sales receipt. Manufacturer warranty for online purchases is applicable to any defect in material or craftsmanship. Please contact customer service immediately if goods arrive damaged.
Ensure Returns are Securely Packaged : If you just have to return a purchase, your items need to arrive at our offices and be in the condition you received it in. Secure packaging means in the original packaging, a padded envelope or a small box with bubble wrap and including the return / exchange form. If you would like a receipt for the return, delivery confirmations are for sale at any post office. If the return value is over Rs.5,000, we highly recommend insuring the package at the post office for protection against loss.
Note: If you chose any shipping method other than FREE SHIPPING during checkout, your shipping fee will not be refunded.
Returns/Refunds are Inspected and Processed within 7 Business Days : Returns/Refunds are inspected and processed by our returns department within 7 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. Credit is issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 15-day return period. They will be sent back to you; if you reject that return shipment, VELVET BOX reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit note: You are responsible for filing a claim with the courier if items are damaged during return shipping.
Items returned without pre-approval will not be refunded and will be returned to sender at sender's expense.
Most returns/exchanges are processed within seven days of receipt. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed, accepted etc..
